There is no upfront cost of additional costs involved in posting roles on to TalentVine. The only fee involved in using TalentVine is the selected recruiter’s fee, which will only be invoiced to you once the hire has been made.
Unlike job boards which connect you with unverified candidates who are actively looking for new opportunities, TalentVine connects you with specialist recruiters who do the ground work in finding and filtering the right candidates, whether they are actively looking for new opportunities or not.
As long as the arrangement with the existing recruiter can be updated to non-exclusive, you can still engage recruiters through TalentVine as a non-exclusive arrangement.
You are able to select or add new recruiters to your role at any point in time of the engagement, without any penalties.
The general bidding period is 24 hours. However, depending on the location and the niche of the role, some roles may take longer for the bids to be ready.
Recruiters can only access/place a bid for the roles within their selected industry and location, which are selected after signing up to TalentVine. Once the role has been posted, recruiters will be notified to place a bid, which is only available during the 24 hour bidding period.
Recruiters can edit their bids once, only during the 24 hour bidding period. Once the bidding period has finished, the recruiters will no longer be able to edit their bids.
To get selected for more roles, you can optimise your profile and bids. 1. Optimise your profile by adding external ratings (click on ‘Add Ratings’ within your TalentVine profile) and making sure your selected specialisation aligns with details on your website. 2. Optimise your bids by providing more in depth details around your specialisation, provide relevant similar roles placed examples and displaying your confidence level in filling the role.
Once you have been notified to place a bid, you can place a bid by filling out the bid form. You can access the bid form by heading to ‘Open for bids’ section of the your TalentVine profile, Click ‘View More’ (under the role) followed by ‘Place a bid’ (Located on the top right)
We recommend that every recruiter in your agency registers for an account separately as each profile is unique to the consultant and not the agency. They can each manage their own roles and profile, and you can decide internally what types of fees and conditions you want to put forward.
